14k gold ring 'wb' mark

I've just purchased a ring from america and want to find out more about it. It's a blue topaz stone with small diamonds surrounding it in an art deco style. Can anyone give me an insight to it's origin date etc from it's marks:

It has '14k' and 'wb' stamped on it, with no shields just plain stamped writing
