14k princess ring

I have a ring my mother passed down to me that her husband gave to her before he passed away in 1960 it is a 14 k gold band and has white gold on top with different shapes made in it with three small diamonds. Could you tell me about how much it may be worth now? About 10 years ago i was offered 500.00 for it. Thank you.
