14k with bell Hallmark & "A" in the middle of the bell

I have an antique stick pin that is stamped 14k and has a Bell with the letter "A" in the middle of it. I am wondering if anyone knows this hallmark/maker. The stick pin is the MOST unusual I have ever seen being a Devil smoking a pipe with Ruby eyes and a Diamond in the pipe.
