Hi, we have recently had this brooch donated to our charity and before selling it we would love to know some more about it. I have looked in books to try and work out the hallmark but I can't find this mark.

I have included a photo (apologies for the quality) but it is part worn so difficult to read. I do hope you can make it out from the photo and enlighten us in some way.
