18k M with arrow thru it.

My grandmother gave me necklace that she thinks came from Italy. It is a gold chain that has unique markings on the clasp. The tag has something that looks like an M with an arrow running thru it, underneath it says 18 k. The chain is broken up with a circular design that eventually leads to a heart with the outline of a cross inside of it. The chain is 18 k and the heart (which can't be removed from the chain) is 14 k. Any information about this would greatly be appreciated. Danielle Click here to read or post comments. |
