Hi Sarch, I don't know if you ever got a reply to your question re your silver toast rack. A ships anchor is the mark of Birmingham (UK). The rest of the hallmark will determine what level/standard of silver it is; e.g. if the next symbol is a lion or "925" for instance. Hope that helps!
