animal hallmarks | metal detecting | ring

i found a ring possibly gold at a old burned home. i was told the home had been built in the early 1800s, anyway the hallmarks are this.
(a diamond with an arrow inside pointing to the right,a box with some sort of bird or goat? inside the box,,then another diamond with an arrow pointing to the left) hard to see it, i metal detected this ring and was fortunate enough to find what we think is the melted gold from the ring but not tested yet !! any info would be helpful, and no photograph yet,,,,thanks
