Hi Joetta I haven't come across any good websites about cameo identification, meanings and prices. I can recommend Two good books though:

1.Nineteenth Century Cameos: A Price and Identification Guide

2.Cameos: A Pocket Guide With Values (Schiffer Book for Collectors)
