Antique Gold Ring Hallmark

What is the item? I have a small gold ring that says on the outside "In Loving Memory" and MA RT HA and under the Martha it has a braided piece of hair.

Can you please provide all background information? My mother said it was her grandmother's but I think it was her great grandmothers because of the name Martha.

What are the markings? Inside the markings are:
H & S 9 .375 an anchor then the small letter b or h

Where are the markings? inside the ring

Martha died in 1885 so if I calculate right the b or h is not that year. How do I know what the year is? I tried taking pictures but it is just too small.
