Antique ladies British (Birmingham) 10k gold signet ring

I bought it from an antique flea market. It has 4 square boxed markings inside the ring which I cannot make out. It is oval shaped with initials which again I cannot make out the letters. Very fancy, cursive writing. On both sides, there is a design which look like little scrolls. Do you have any idea how old it might be. I'm sorry, but I do not have a photo. I only just bought it today.
