Antique pearl necklace with the burgundy, gold and green enamel box

I have a set of Mikimoto pearl necklaces and in the original enamel box bought in Japan by my father in 1952. Could you please give me a rough estimate of their value. They have not been worn in over thirty years. Thank you very much. I do not have a photo to upload at this time.
