Antique pin marked with a Bell and the letter M...

I have an antique pin that I believe is Edwardian. It has two marks on it, one that I cannot make out at all and the other one is a bell with laurel leaves and the letter M. Any help you can provide me on identifying this mark would be greatly appreciated!
