Antique White Gold Markings

Hello,
I have 2 rings -
1 is my grandmother's wedding and engagement rings - they have markings that say 18k FIRST LADY on the inside

The second ring is one that reads 14k and what looks to be H&R on the inside


Please let me know what you can about a time frame of each and if there is any info on those companies.
