Bali and pearl bead sterling necklace

Silver and bali bead pearl necklace

Silver and bali bead pearl necklace

Hi, I bought this piece of lovely jewelry in a thrift store. I shop there a lot because they have very nice and affordable old pieces of sterling. This piece was bought in a grab bag sight unseen. It had a lot of pieces of jewelry. This necklace is very pretty. I don't know about the large red stones. They look like coral not plastic and very pretty dark blue like sapphire beads on it. Who's the maker and how old is it. It is signed with what looks like a raised letter Y or R depending how you move the necklace around. I am trying to clean it up but it has a heavy heavy patina on it. Thanks any info would be appreciated. Jo
