I have this gold coloured ring with what looks like an amethyst and diamonds. It's almost like a rose in shape. with B&B An anchor the letter u and the lion on it. Is this ring worth anything?.

Hi Sara thanks for writing in. It sounds like it might be Bates and Bacon, jewelry manufacturers of the US. Could you confirm for me if there is a shield or not a shield around the letters and if you can see a decimal point after each letter B - you might need a jewelers loupe or magnifying glass as it being an antique gold bracelet, the marks might have worn away.
