Boxed Hat Pins-Majorica

I have 5 small gold cardboard boxes containing a hat-pin with a single pearl on the end. Each one is numbered. An example number is 7562496. I have searched the internet to no avail. What are these? And what is the value? The boxes say:

Majorica...and is followed by an address and phone number in Palma De Mallorca.
