Bracelet is Marked "Peru .925 R130596"

This bracelet I think is a storyteller 3D bracelet. It is clearly marked Peru and .925 (Sterling) but the other number looks like R130596, it could be something other than a 96 at the end but I am not sure. I want to know if the gold colored pieces are gold and what does the "R130596" refer to?
