Can you help identify the Italian Hallmark ?

This is an Antique Italian Portrait Pill / snuff

box that is Marked Italy with Portrait of Lady
Pompador. Possible 1890s. Checked it with a strong
magnet and nothing sticks to it. There is also
another mark (see attached photos) I can't identify.
Please help. Looks like gold inside and out.

There are light scratches and looks the same underneath.
