Not sure how old this wristwatch is but would like some info. I can't find anything on the net. It has a stamp on it that says patent pending. Also on the back, engraved right before the 10 k goldfilled stamp there is an L in a circle.

I would like to know what L in a circle means. It is stamped cortebert 21 jewels on the face and on the clip it is stamped kreisler,usa and on the back there is a letter L circled along with 10k Gfilled stamped on the back.

I would like to know when this particular watch was made, how old it is, and how much it may be worth.
