Crown/Tiara

My crown seems to be brass or a low carot gold. It has red, green, blue and white stones. It is stamped with a heart and two fleur de lys, the number 529 30. There are simular items on "Alhambraantiques.com" but they have emailed me telling me theirs are not signed. Any ideas?
