DA in A Heart Hallmark?

What is the item?

A Gold and emerald bracelet. 1/4 Moons with 5 emeralds on each crescent shape...stacked about 30+ to create a bracelet.


This bracelet was found when I was a child. It looks art deco, perhaps from the 40's? I have had this for 30 years. But seems much older.

The markings are 14K and it also has a heart with the letters DA inside of it. The markings are inside one of the moon/ crescent shapes.
