Dagger Hallmark | Ring 18K

Hi I have a man's heavy gold ring with a huge baby blue star sapphire w/ 2 white triangular diamonds aside the sapphire, inside is marked 18kt & a Dagger with what looks like circles around the top of the blade, have you ever seen this before?
