I know the process if the reverse etch design are called Intaglio. As far as age since they are clip earrings and just by glance of the photo I can guess late 40's early 50's but that is a guess without seeing a mark or other details. Hope that helps. Very pretty earrings!

The dangle part looks like reverse etching, the picture is carved out and painted. Are they Lucite/Glass?
