If the gemstones are real/natural and not glass or synthetic and the gold is 10k you can safely say the piece is fine jewelry; it would be a costly mistake on the part of the seller to overemphasize (in a negative way) the mark KOREA at the cost of the material and craftsmanship. Sorry but have no idea of the age - photos would help. Korea was ruled by Japan from 1910 which could be useful information to keep in mind when researching the dates.
I suggest you get the materials tested. You can do this yourself; technology has improved at an astonishing rate and does continue to do so, meaning we can test gemstones at home now with much more certainty than ever before.
