a 10k gold, with "india" mark on it

Can you please provide all background information?

No, picked it up at an antique shop

What are the markings?

One small heart, fully covered not an outline. Next to the heart a foot print, fully covered, not outlined. next to these two is the 10k stamp.

Where are the markings?

Inside the band, on one the opposite side is the marking that states, "india"
