Feature Lock Rings

I was recently given my Grandmothers wedding ring set. It has engravings on the inside 14k which I know what that means. Then it has Feature Lock and PAT A on it also. Most of the diamonds are missing so I want to have the rings redone but wanted some info on them before I go to a jeweler.
