Good Morning

Malachite is used in jewelry when carved or cut en cabochon, it is recognized by alternating bands of light and dark green, and when the bands form concentric pattern it is known as "malachite peacock's eye" -

a more symmetrical style lyre shaped musical instrument than the Irish crowned harp was used by - Worden-Munnis Co., Inc, (Silver & Goldsmiths, mostly on reproductions, Boston, MA, USA) ca. 1940 - 1964.

Best Wishes,
Yvonne
