Four Leaf Clover Necklace

Four leaf clover 14 KARAT with a diamond in the middle. This was given to my grandmother by my father in the late 60's. it is a Four Leaf Clover necklace.

It was DESIGN made for Bill Reed Jewelers. It also came with A to my mother with love note. Just wondering about it.
