I bought a necklace about 1987 like this. It is made by Waterford Crystal. It came on a black cord. Hope this helps.

I don't know anything about it, but it looks like Art Deco styling to me. And I think it is quite lovely. I am new to vintage jewelry world, I started collecting Sarah Coventry about 15 years ago, because my mother had some very nice pieces which I inherited.
