Gold hallmark & year | S & W Ring

I have an antique Gold ring passed down to me from my Nan, it has alot of hallmarks on the inside...

Sponsor is S&W
Crown is next
then 375 (9ct)
then an image which looks like a head facing to the left could be something else
then an italic capital A in a box with the corners cut off
the letters B K R 6

I would be very interested to know the year it is made...
