Gold Hallmark

I have what I believe is a 9 carat gold ring, seems like an eternity ring with stones all around.I don't know what they are. I can make out a 9 then .375 then I think an arrow pointing left,the other may be a Q, maybe you could help ? The other letters at top are HWR I believe, is this the maker's initals ? Thanks, Di.
