HALLARK IDENTIFICATION on Belt Buckle

hey can you tell me who this belt buckle is made by and maybe the age or anything else.. i bought it at a swap meet and it looks really old. there are symbols on the back. i tried to include pic. hallmark is a K with bent/broken arrow. thanks :) rhonda
