Hallmark star, with a 3 leaf clover, and above letters..I think spell PLAQUE?

Its a lovely pendant, my friend thinks its middle eastern. 18k or better she said....I am looking to find origin? Can you shed some light? Thank you so very much for taking the time. Its weight with stone is 9.9 g
