The scales are a symbol that denotes Gold Filled, with or without the crown, the crown is 14k, 10k without it.

Hi Rick thanks for writing in. This doesn't look like the Hamilton Watch Co. mark. Could you send through a photo of the watch face if possible in a follow-up submission.
