Heart Stamp Inside My Ring

I found this 14k gold ring one day while digging my garden. It has 14k stamped to the left and on the right it has a (what looks to be) diamond pavilion shaped stamp. And directly next to it it has a heart shaped stamp with a small bow inside. Does anybody know what these symbols represent. Thanx.
