How do I Get Pearls xray & Certified: They are Natural Pearls from the Late 1700's

by Kathleen
(Los Angeles, Ca)

Hi there,
I have a strand of very even natural pearls with amazing luster from the late 1700's or early 1800's. They belonged to my Great Great Grandmother, who's family was from a very wealthy Irish family of Nobility.

From what I have been told, they moved to America, as her husband was the 2nd heir & was given money to buy land because the 1st son was the heir.

I believe them to be real, everything else that was passed down was genuine & for generations my mother's family were all very wealthy.

I need to know because they are almost all that I have left, as my cousins all fought over the money & I was only able to keep these.

I know they were restrung once in 1946 & were double knotted on silk thread.

Please advise.

Thank you,
Kathleen
