How old are these bracelets?

Purchased these at an estate sale and not sure how old they are and what they are worth. Neither have any markings. One looks like it has a stretchable or elastic band but it's not. I believe that it's made of brass. Hope the pictures are okay, if not let me know and I'll upload some more.
