Hi- thanks for writing in. There are quite a few HR marks on jewelry. You will need to provide more info.

Are the letter inside a shape, ie, a trefoil, a rectangle, square?
Is there a decimal point between the letters? Are the letters written in script similar to what's on the page in resources here.
