Also when reviewing this question concerning the gold chain mark, we noticed that you did not have any images uploaded. The hallmark guru is unable to respond without them.
The best size is "Web - Large" to facilitate the smooth uploading. If your images are too large, they will not upload to the site. If they are too small, the Guru will have a problem seeing them.
