Identify Old Watch Fob or Piece for Neck Chain

The Old Watch Fob is 3/4 inch in diameter, with flat sides. On the flat sides are set with a green fleck stone and on the other side is a red fleck stone about 5/8 of an inchin diameter. It may be blood stone. There is a half round bracket with an eyelet .

It has the following markings:

A&C 9 .375
also 2 boxs.
first box is an anchor sideways
2nd box--is small letter h

I would appreciate knowing more about this piece.
