Identifying a hallmark

by Jose Gato
(Chicago Ill USA)

I have a bangle bracelet that is supposed to be 18k yet it does not have the familiar 18k/750 hallmarks.

What it has is stamped on the outside of the bracelet and looks like a 3 part mark where the 1st is of something that looks like 2 chiles hanging from a stick, the 2nd section looks like an Ibis looking to the left as you look at it, and the 3rd section looks like a hook with a eye at the top and a ball above the pointy end. What is it? Thanks
