Is This A Unique Cameo?

This cameo pendant/broach was my grandmother's. I believe she brought it from England in the 1930's, and I think it's quite old - seems to me to be an art deco design, and I wonder where it was made. Note there's a signature on the back. I had it framed in 14 caret gold about 40 years ago. Please tell me what you might know about it and a general idea of its worth. Thank you.
