is this cupid cameo real?

can you tell me if this pendant is real here is a description of it the color is blueish gray with looks like a cupid or cherub painted upon it it is close to or over 100years old my great grandmother gave it to me about 20years ago it is in very good condition no scratches or no damage done to it.The picture isn't perfect.
