Jean, it's not an antique gold Italian bracelet but you say the bracelet has good weight to it, weight is sometimes called - heft. Good weight usually indicates quality (although not always).

Having the 18 ct gold mark plus the decimal equivalent for 18 carat gold suggests the bracelet is 18 carat gold. Is there any other reason for you to doubt the metal content?
