K14 and "QM" or "OM" on pearl ring

I've got a vintage gold ring with five nice cultured pearls that has in addition to the gold content "K14" mark a hallmark that appears to be a "QM" or "OM" in a horizontally elongated diamond shape that I hope you can identify.
