Knights Helmet Mark | Ring

Hello,
I am having difficulty in finding a particular Hallmark.
This is a ring inside shank of a synthetic light blue spinel. Description: Looks like a knights helmet with opening for eyes. To the left but not right next to is the Number 3. Knights head is in hexagonal shape. to the right of head is the letter K in hexagonal shape but not right next to it. there were no gold markings on shank but it did acid test at "14K".
