Markings on a gold ring

Hi there,

I am trying to find out the origin of a gold ring that I inherited from my grandmother.

The markings inside the ring are 14K followed by a kite-shaped diamond with the letters FL inside it.

I have included a photo of a ring that is very similar to mine.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
