Marks on Keychain

I have looked & looked & looked and can not find anything that even comes close to the stamp on this pittish, silver-grey, foreign scripted keychain I got at a yard sale. To me it looks like; 2-ajoining squares; 1 with a cockeyed uppercase letter "R" in it; and the other square with 3-dashes ''' and a cockeyed lower case "b" and below those, a stretched out letter "v" kinda like a bird fling in the distance..... Sounds realy strange typing it, but that's what i see ! What do you see ?
