Matching Persian Gulf Pearl with Certificate

by Khash
(UK)

Hi,
I am about to purchase a pearl from the persian gulf region. I have contacted the sellers and they have sent me several photographs of both the pearls and a certificate from the Bahrain laboratory.

So I have two questions, first of all, how do I identify that the certificate is real and second how do I make sure the pearl that I will recieve is in fact the one in the certificate (with diamonds, the serial number of the diamond is etched on the diamond with laser so it can be read under magnification and matched to the certificate's number). But what about the Persian Gulf Pearl? Many thanks for your help.
