What is the item? Mens Ruby ring, 14KT and a star after the 14KT.


Can you please provide all background information?
Ring found in an old box at a yard sale. Dont know if its vintage or not.

What are the markings?
A "C" or maybe a moon with a half circle around it with a star/sun next to the C/Moon?
